Medilink International operates an air ambulance service throughout the African continent and medevacs are carried out on a daily basis covering both homeland and international repatriation. Our medevac services are coordinated by our Alarm Centre which mobilises a network of air ambulances based in strategic locations. This coverage enables us to triangulate our response, deploying our resources efficiently and effectively to ensure we provide the optimal services across Africa.

In order to provide optimum coverage in West Africa, we operate an air ambulance base in Luanda, flying on dedicated air ambulance to transfer patients within the country and internationally, with regular transfers to South Africa and Europe. Our specialists in patient transportation are available round the clock to guide and support the doctors on the ground to prepare the patients for transfer. We work with hospitals in various locations who receive and treat our patients. Medilink can organise international repatriations in both air ambulances and on commercial flights.
